1.	What computer equipment do I need to be able to use Event Catalyst?
	No need for any special or expensive computer equipment to use Event Catalyst. Our solution is a web based software and we take charge of hosting and maintaining the application for you. All you need is your regular computer, an internet browser and an internet connection.

2.	Do I need to install and configure Event Catalyst on my computer?
	No, all you need is a web browser on your computer. You can access your event management tool from the office or from home, and this anywhere in the world as long as you have a computer with an Internet browser and an Internet connection.

3.	Can I choose the look and feel of my event with Event Catalyst?
	Yes, we can implement Event Catalyst to have the same look and feel as the one of your corporate Intranet, or of your event web site. This way, you can keep your corporate colors and identity.

4.	How will I learn to use Event Catalyst?
	Event Catalyst is very easy to use. We have worked on the ergonomics of the software to make it as intuitive as possible. Moreover, we train our new clients to introduce them to the software and help them master the different modules.

5.	Can Event Catalyst help me manage activities during an event (ie: golfing, carting, etc..)
	Yes, Event Catalyst has modules to help you manage the planning of the events, activities during events, and measure your success after the event. Activities during events can be workshops, or entertainment activities. All these activities can be managed by our software. Participants can register to attend depending on availability, status, agenda, etc

6.	Is Event Catalyst licensed on a per attendee basis, or per event basis?
	We do not want to penalize you for being successful; therefore, we license Event Catalyst on a per event basis with unlimited attendees.

7.	Are there any other license modes of purchasing Event Catalyst?
	Depending on the number of events you organize per year, other licensing modes can be discussed.

8.	How secure is Event Catalyst?
	Event Catalyst uses the best security standards on the market. All our applications are protected with a login and password that only gives access to authorize users. We encrypt information transferring on the Internet using SSL technology. We also encrypt sensitive information stored in our database. We will be glad to provide you with further information on how other aspects of security are managed at your request.

9.	Can Event Catalyst handle a high volume of registration?
	Event Catalyst is able to manage very high volume of registrations coming from different platforms and channels. Most of our clients' events have participants coming from all five continents.

10.	How long does it take to have Event Catalyst ready for my event?
	It takes roughly 4 to 5 days after contract signature to get started with your own version of Event Catalyst ready to be used.
